Seems the Mediafire scourbots have gone bonkers and pulled the Klaus Weiss Sound Inventions album because of the inclusion of the track "Greenwich Street" on the Cosmic Future Groove compilation album, unbelievable but true... I used to love MF, have seventy gigs of files stored on my account but seems it is so hit and miss these days as to what they store and what they pull.
It would be great if you could repost this album using another file site such as Rapidshare as I imagine MF would just take it down again, though maybe if you relabelled it "Blackwich Street" it might be okay ;)
I agree, it is completely crazy that Mediafire have taken down the link because of the inclusion of one track on a compilation, but we do live in a copyright crazy world I guess!
Huge thanks for reposting an alternative link for Sound Inventions on RS, unfortunately it is saying "Download permission denied by uploader. (0b67c2f5)"
So while the link is not technically "down", it is just not currently available. This could be because RS now only allows a certain number of downloads from a given account per day. If this is the case, I will add the file to the Jdownloader program and it will grab it in the next day or two.
The only other thing I can think SonDu, is that you may need to tick a box or something to allow permission for the file to be downloaded, but not having a RS account, this is just a guess.
If I have any success getting the file, I will let you know - and thanks again for your speedy response, I appreciate the effort it involves keeping links up to date.
